Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Update

Are we still going to clean your windows?

That’s the big question. Will we still clean your windows in this pandemic. Well the answer is yes. We have been watching closely the government guidelines and the many news broadcasts to determine what’s best for you as the customer and whether we can continue our operations as normal.

These are the current guidelines to which we are strictly following.

What are we doing?

So although current government advice means we can carry on as “normal” we are taking extra precautions to make sure we limit contact with our customers. Especially ones who are particularly vulnerable.

Here are a few things you can expect from us.

• wearing gloves at all times.

• keeping 2m (more if possible) from anyone who we do not currently live with.

• sanitising and washing our hands frequently.

• not accepting any form of payment except online transfers

• calling our customers ahead of time so they can be prepared to leave us access.

• re-scheduling jobs that require us to access the rear of the property through the house.

• asking customers to remain in doors whilst we carry out any window cleaning.

we hope these extra precautions will allow us as window cleaners to stop the spread of coronavirus whilst also limiting the strain on the UK government resources.

We hope just as much as you that this time of uncertainty will end soon but with your support and following strict guidelines from the UK Government we can continue safely to provide our services.
